With its name which allows us to travel on the Cap Ferret or Bassin d'Arcacbon beaches close to Bordeaux (Estival means Summertime in french), this Estival de Lalaudey will wake up the gourmand side of yourself as soon as you will see its pink color with cherry reflects. In the nose, delicate fruity aromas appear. Attack is fresh with spicy and minty notes at the end. Perfect with your summer meals, this wine will be enjoyed as aperitif, with grills, fishes and seafoods. We advise to serve it between 10 to 12°C.
